Project Management Services

As you would expect with any market leading expert, Rack and Shelf Labels offer a fully managed project delivery division that is the backbone of our exemplary reputation in the industry. We offer to take full or partial responsibility from our customer and deliver a first rate service that not only completes a rounded service, but also enables us to retain an impressive client bank.

We view our projects in stages that begin with Initial consultations where discussions centre around the needs and requirements and are often conducted onsite to enable us to gain a firsthand understanding of our customers objectives. This is the key foundation stage in our tailor approach before moving the process on.

Design and planning are initiated by the customer but meticulously developed by our management team to ensure that any potential issues of concerns are identified early. This prevents costly delays and inaccuracies later in delivery and reaffirms our customer’s confidence in our professional approach. Plans and designs are submitted, amended and adjusted prior to both production and installation scheduling so both parties are assured before final commitment.

Installation of our products brings several benefits to our customers who prefer to use us because they understand the risk involved in using their own employees and the experience needed to ensure accuracy and precision.
The old adage that warehouse labelling is “just putting stickers on beams” is a nice thought, but in reality, if only 10 of the 5,000, 10,000 or even 60,000 locations are placed incorrectly, the cost of rectification and delay can be monstrous, particularly when you consider that the problem may not be detected until long after the site is operational.

Our teams are IPAF certified, CSCS compliant and fully insured as standard. We remove the risk and complexities so our customers can focus on the larger picture. We understand our installation forms part of larger projectsand we take our part very seriously.
