Over the last 23 years, the company founded by Steve and Trevor Henwood has grown from one van with 185 sqm of warehouse space to 30 vans, 2 service centres and 7,154 sqm of warehouse space.

When Sybron needed a labelling and signage solution for their new warehouse in Harlow, they looked to Rack & Shelf Labels (UK) Limited to deliver. Having worked with Sybron at their sites in both Stafford and Harlow, the team designed, supplied and installed all racking labels and signage to specification, on time and to budget.

THE SOLUTION

Rack and Shelf Labels designed, delivered and installed:

• 1,896 single base beam labels
• 4,550 single location polyester base beam labels (installed in the recesses of each upright)
• 3,548 upper beam single location labels
• 24 multi barcode step base beam labels for pick and despatch drop bays
• 48 level indicator labels for pick and despatch drop bays

The solution also included a range of signage to cover end of aisle, tunnel bay and aisle directional information. All of the signs were printed in house at Rack & Shelf Labels (UK) Limited’s facility in Warrington and installed in Sybron’s new facility in Harlow.
